Service Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process

• Services can be booked through our website, phone, or email
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• We will confirm appointments within 2 hours of booking during business hours
• Emergency services may be scheduled immediately based on availability

Service Appointments

• Scheduled appointments include a 2-hour time window
• We will contact you 30 minutes before arrival when possible
• Access to the property and utilities must be provided as required
• Customers must be present during service visits unless prior arrangements are made

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on initial assessment
• Final pricing may vary based on actual work required and materials used
• Additional work beyond the original scope requires customer approval
• Emergency services may incur additional charges
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards
• Outstanding balances may incur late fees after 30 days
• Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of service completion

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

• All repair work is guaranteed for 90 days from completion date
• Warranty covers workmanship and materials provided by QuickFixLocal
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or customer modifications
• Delivery services include insurance for declared value up to AZN 1000

Warranty Claims

• Warranty claims must be reported immediately upon discovery
• We will inspect and remedy warranty issues at no additional cost
• If issues cannot be resolved, we will provide a refund for the affected service

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about service requirements
• Ensure safe access to work areas
• Remove personal belongings from work areas as requested
• Provide necessary utilities (power, water) for service completion
• Secure pets and ensure they do not interfere with service
• Be present during service appointments or designate an authorized representative
• Pay for services in accordance with agreed terms

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations

• Standard appointments may be cancelled up to 4 hours in advance without charge
• Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice may incur a AZN 50 fee
• Emergency service cancellations after dispatch incur a AZN 100 fee
• No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee

QuickFixLocal Cancellations

• We may cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergency, or safety concerns
• Advance notice will be provided when possible
• No fees will be charged for cancellations initiated by QuickFixLocal

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or problems
• Customers must report any damage claims within 24 hours of service completion
• Our liability for delivery services is limited to the declared value of items

Insurance and Licensing

• QuickFixLocal maintains comprehensive general liability insurance
• All technicians are properly licensed and trained
• Insurance certificates are available upon request
• We comply with all local licensing and regulatory requirements

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• The QuickFixLocal name and logo are registered trademarks
• Customer testimonials and photos may be used for marketing with permission

Dispute Resolution

Internal Resolution

• We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly
• Complaints should first be directed to our customer service team

• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect

Force Majeure
